Deposit and Cancellation policy

One night's deposit is required to guarantee lodging (normally 2-3 nights). Balance is due upon arrival. Deposits are refundable within 5 days notice of cancellation, less $25 handling fee. (Note: Longer stays require larger deposits and more notice of cancellation.) We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. Sorry no personal checks or money orders.

Refunds or changes to reservation

Once lodging begins, changes to the reservation (early termination or cancellation of day(s) during stay) are refundable only if the guest house is re-rented for the corresponding days, less $25 handling fee.
